'Mashenka' (syn. 'Masheka') is a proven Belarusian gooseberry variety of mid-early ripening, prized for its high and stable productivity, high frost hardiness, and fruits with a unique color and excellent flavor. The bush has medium vigor, a spreading habit, and is self-fertile. The fruits are medium-sized, oval, brick-red in color, and have a tender, juicy flesh with a sweet-tart taste and a pronounced sweetness. It is a reliable and versatile variety for any garden.
