As a consumer, you have the right under Section 19 of Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection to withdraw from a contract concluded through our online shop without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Under Section 20a of this Act, you may exercise this right using the online form below.
HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
After you submit the form, we will promptly send confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal to the email address you provided. You must then send the goods back to us or return them in person no later than 14 days from the date you withdraw from the contract.
We will refund all payments received in connection with your order no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
RETURN COSTS
As a consumer, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please do not send the goods cash on delivery. We recommend including your order number with the return.

CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS
Please return the goods undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging. As a consumer, you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their characteristics and functionality.
