Raspberry (Rubus idaeus) 'Puteshestvennitsa' ('Rubinovaya')

Russian thornless variety "Traveler" with gradual ripening of large fruits.

'Puteshestvennitsa' (known in Russia as 'Rubinovaya', translated as "Traveler") is a Siberian raspberry variety bred in Barnaul. It is sought after especially for its practically thornless shoots in the upper part, which significantly facilitates harvesting and maintenance. It features large, firm fruits and a long ripening period.

Main advantages of the variety:

  • Practically thornless shoots (thorns only at the bottom, missing at the top).
  • Large, bright red and firm fruits (3.0 – 5.5 g).
  • High resistance to mites.
