- Amlelanchier is an interesting berry that came to us from Canada. It has an excellent sweet taste and is therefore suitable for eating raw. The Northline variety is a very prolific variety.
- The Northline is a shrub that grows to about 4-6m, but can also be grown as a smaller tree.
- The Northline is a self-pollinating variety.
- The fruits form in June, they are dark purple berries, 1,6cm big, ripen gradually. The taste is sweet and very tasty. It is reminiscent of blueberries, both in appearance and taste. They contain many vitamins and minerals. They grow in clusters. They support the overall fitness of the body, act preventively against stomach diseases, oncological diseases. The dried leaves can be made into tea , which helps with stomach and intestinal problems.
