Red Currant (Ribes rubrum) 'Vierländer'
Old, proven variety with long clusters and high yield.
'Vierländer' (syn. 'Erstling aus Vierlanden') is a historic red currant variety known since around 1900. Probably originating from the Netherlands, this variety has gained popularity for its robustness, low maintenance, and ability to form large and very long clusters, with which the bush is literally covered at harvest time.
