'Auksis' is the absolute most popular autumn apple variety in the Baltics, bred in Lithuania. It is valued for its excellent sweet-tart flavour, high and annual yield, and high disease resistance, which makes it suitable for organic cultivation. Due to its exceptional qualities, it is often used in breeding new varieties.
