  • The pear tree is a slender tree , bearing very sweet fruit. Jojko is a summer variety of pear. The tree has a compact columnar habit. Suitable for the smallest gardens.  It has large green fruits of good sweet taste of versatile use. 
  • The pear is not soil demanding. It likes medium, well-drained soil.
  • The tree is weak in stature, the crown is compact. This variety of pear grows on a dwarf rootstock.
  • Fruit: large, smooth, regular, obtusely conical. Green in colour. 
  • Flesh: juicy, sweet with a good pear aroma
  • Pollination: an alien-pollinated variety , needs a suitable pollinator which flowers at the same time.
  • Ripening time: September
  • Use: for direct consumption, suitable for storage, pickling, production of spirits
