Traditional Romanian variety with large fruits free of stone cells.

'De Huși' is an old and proven Romanian quince variety originating from the Huși region. It is sought after for its large, apple-shaped fruits, which develop an excellent sweet-sour taste after storage. A significant advantage is the flesh being almost free of stone cells, which increases its quality for consumption and processing.
