'Roșii de Băneasa' is a proven Romanian apricot variety, whose name translates to "Red from Băneasa". It is valued for its very large and attractive fruits with a red blush and exceptionally high yield, reaching up to 80 kg in mature trees. It ripens later, at the turn of July and August.
