Nectarine (Prunus persica var. nucipersica) 'Romamer 2'
Very early Romanian variety with attractive red fruits.
'Romamer 2' is a Romanian nectarine variety bred at SCDP Constanța. It is especially valued for its very early ripening time (ripening before the well-known variety ‘Cardinal’) and very attractive, deep red fruits.
Main advantages of the variety:
- Very early ripening (late June – early July).
- Attractive appearance (fruits almost entirely red).
- Good and regular yield.
- Pleasant, aromatic taste.

- Crown: Inverted cone shape.
