'Piersic plat cu frunza roșie' (translated as "Flat peach with red leaf") is a new, as yet unregistered variety from the Romanian nursery Roman. It was created by crossing the flat variety 'Alex' and a red-leaved peach. It is exceptional for its high ornamental value thanks to its reddish leaves, which contrast beautifully with the ripening flat fruits.
