How long does it take to deliver an order?

- The standard delivery time is 2-3 working days. - We always ship parcels on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. - By arrangement, we can also ship plants on Thursdays or Fridays (we do not normally ship on these days in case there is a problem so that the parcels are not left in the depot unnecessarily over the weekend).

The JACHIM column cherry originated in Germany by crossing the Köröser and Safir varieties. It is ideal for small gardens or ornamental planting due to its interesting compact growth.
The tree grows compactly, has a narrow columnar habit, about 3m tall. To maintain its shape, pruning is advisable. The JACHIM cherry grows on a Mahalebka rootstock which is a medium growing rootstock, not suitable for heavy soils , it has a good root system. With this rootstock, the tree comes into fruiting sooner.
Flowering of JACHIM cherry depends on climatic conditions and geographical location. It generally flowers in April or May. It is a self-pollinating variety.
The fruit of JACHIM is medium-sized, red in colour and weighs approximately 5 to 7 grams. They are juicy and have a sweet and sour taste, but mostly sweet. They ripen in July. The JACHIM cherry produces a regular and abundant crop. The fruit has good resistance to cracking even in excessive rain.
It likes a sunny position. It comes into fruitfulness very early, and yields are high and regular. This variety is particularly suitable for home-growing for fresh consumption, canning, freezing, liqueurs and spirits.
It is sufficiently resistant to diseases and pests, so it is suitable for organic cultivation, without the use of sprays.
