Pear (Pyrus communis) 'Bere Kievskaya'
A Ukrainian winter pear with large fruits and excellent flavour.
'Bere Kievskaya' (Бере Киевская) is a Ukrainian early winter pear variety, created by crossing the varieties ‘Lesnaya krasavitsa’ and ‘Olivier de Serres’. It is valued for its high yield, large fruits, and excellent sweet-tart flavour. It is also characterized by good storability and resistance to scab.
