  • The TOPFIRST plum is one of the very early plum varieties and has highly appreciated flavour characteristics. It was created by crossing Čačanska Najbolja x Ruth Gerstetter. It is valued for its disease resistance and resistance to scarlet fever. 
  • The tree grows moderately vigorous, upright with good branching. TOPFIRST plum is self-pollinating.
  • TOPFIRST plum fruits are ovoid, about 45 g, irregular, dark blue in colour. The flesh is yellow, firm, sweet, juicy and separates well from the stone. The flavour is very aromatic with a slight acidity. 
  • The fruit ripens at the beginning of July. The fruit is suitable for direct consumption, pickling, jam making and distilling.
  • TOPFIRST plum comes into fruiting very early, the harvest is regular, large and stable.
  • Our plums can be planted all year round and have a fully developed root system, which is why the onset of fertility is the following year.
  • TOPFIRST plums are best grown in a sunny position, but can also tolerate partial shade.
  • This variety is resistant to disease and is therefore suitable for organic cultivation without chemical sprays.
