  • The leaves of the chokeberry have a rounded shape and turn green in autumn, turning red.
  • Aronia Nero flowers in May and has small white flowers. It is self-pollinating.
  • The fruits are round in shape and resemble blackcurrants. They contain a lot of vitamin C and a large amount of antioxidants. They can be eaten fresh , but are also suitable for canning and juicing , or can be dried. The Nero variety is one of the most prolific Aronia.
